Euro 2012 Qualifying Preview International football is back with an action-packed weekend of Euro 2012 qualifiers, get all the pre-match info right here!

Group A

Belgium vs Germany

Back in action after their promising World Cup in South Africa, Germany will be hoping their young superstars can start off their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign in a similar vein of form against Belgium.

Rene Adler, Heiko Westermann, and Christian Trasch return to the German squad to replace the injured Arne Freidrich, Jerome Boateng and Piotr Trochowski, while Belgium will have to rely on the talented Eden Hazard, Steven Defour, and Moussa Dembele to overturn their awful record against Germany.

Kazakhstan vs Turkey

Turkey will look to repeat the big wins they recorded over Kazakhstan in the 2006 World Cup qualifiers when the two meet again on Friday.

The Turkish side won 4-0 and 6-0 back then and under new coach Guus Hiddink they will be confident of taking all three points again against a side ranked a lowly 126th in the world.

Chelsea 2-0 Stoke City

Chelsea 2-0 Stoke City Florent Malouda and Didier Drogba came up with two vital strikes to keep Chelsea's 100% record intact.

Chelsea extended their winning start to the Barclays Premier League season into a third game with a 2-0 success at home to Stoke.

Visiting keeper Thomas Sorensen saved Frank Lampard's feeble penalty after Ryan Shawcross had crudely brought down Didier Drogba, but Florent Malouda raced onto John Terry's nicely weighted through-ball to sweep his side into the lead with a fine first-time finish past the Dane (35), and Ashley Cole hit the crossbar shortly afterwards.

Stoke almost levelled when Glenn Whelan's long-range rocket also rebounded off the bar but Drogba converted a second penalty (77) after being tripped by Sorensen.

Tottenham suffered from a Champions League hangover as they went down to a shock 1-0 defeat at home to Wigan.

Latics centre-half Steve Gohouri smashed the ball against the crossbar early on from Mauro Boselli's knockdown but Jermain Defoe forced a wonderful save from Ali Al Habsi in a rare attack from lacklustre Spurs.

Wigan squandered two clear chances, Antolin Alcaraz somehow firing over from two yards and Jordi Gomez also too high with an effort while stretching.

But Hugo Rodallega (80) finally found the net, controlling Mohamed Diame's raking long ball before his cross-shot bobbled beneath Carlo Cudicini's dive. Tom Huddlestone was then narrowly off target before Younes Kaboul missed a glorious late chance for Spurs, heading wide of an open goal.

Blackpool 2-2 Fulham

Blackpool 2-2 Fulham Blackpool almost stole a victory but Dickson Etuhu scored a 87th-minute equaliser for Fulham to end the game 2-2.

Bobby Zamora, who could be called up for England's Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland, opened the scoring for Fulham before going off with a knock in the second half.

Etuhu had the final word but Blackpool have now taken a heartening four points from three games in the top flight.

Varney almost put Blackpool ahead in the third minute. He tested goalkeeper David Stockdale - another possible England candidate - from the edge of the area in the third minute, the keeper reacting to see the ball to safety.

Blackpool had the ball in the net after 18 minutes but Brett Ormerod's header following a cross from Charlie Adam was ruled out for offside.

Varney was looking lively and skipped past Pantsil two minutes later, only to find the wrong side of the post with his effort.

Fulham responded and Etuhu saw his header from inside blocked after a corner by Damien Duff.

Fulham carved out a good chance in the 26th minute when Zamora worked his way into the area and tried to release Simon Davies.

But Alex Baptiste stood firm and made a crucial challenge just as his opponent was about to shoot.

Fulham made the breakthrough in the 35th minute with a simple move that split the Blackpool defence.

Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

Wolves 1-1 Newcastle Andy Carroll took his goal tally to four in to rescue a deserved point for Newcastle against Wolves at Molineux.

Carroll followed up his hat-trick against Aston Villa by cancelling out Sylvan Ebanks-Blake's second goal of the campaign - as many as he managed in the whole of last season.

Newcastle had enough opportunities to secure a second win of the season, but Wolves maintained their unbeaten start.

This was an old-fashioned blood and thunder type of game with the tackles flying in from both sides throughout the 90 minutes. Wolves had seven players booked and Newcastle five.

The Magpies demolished managerless Villa 6-0 last weekend and they created plenty of chances against Mick McCarthy's side.

Skipper Kevin Nolan, in particular, will feel he should have been more clinical in front of goal on at least two occasions.

Carroll gave more glimpses of his potential and was a constant source of danger.

But Wolves have developed a never-say-die attitude under McCarthy and this was typified by captain Karl Henry's driving display in midfield.

Newcastle looked the better side in the early stages.

Tottenham 0-1 Wigan

Tottenham 0-1 Wigan Wigan put their horrendous start to the Barclays Premier League behind them today with a smash-and-grab victory at Tottenham.

Hugo Rodallega scored the winner 10 minutes from full-time after Carlo Cudicini allowed the winger's tame shot to squirm past him in what was the goalkeeper's first start since his horrific motorcycle accident.

It was a remarkable result for a Latics side who had conceded 10 goals in their opening two Premier League games and nine in the corresponding fixture last season.

It also cast doubt on Spurs boss Harry Redknapp's claim he has a squad capable of competing both domestically and in the Champions League.

Indeed, Redknapp's fears about complacency following last season's goal glut against the Latics and Wednesday night's historic European victory against Young Boys appeared to have been realised.

Spurs made a sluggish start and Rodallega flashed an early warning shot wide before poor defending from an eighth-minute corner saw Steve Gohouri smash the ball against the crossbar from Mauro Boselli's knockdown.

Tottenham were conceding possession in dangerous areas, while a clumsy defensive clearance nearly ricocheted past Cudicini.
